Taken Advantage
I felt completely taken advantage of by the staff at this salon. I was talked into all kinds of treatments, specifically a conditioning treatment that was supposed to last a minimum of 4 weeks. My hair was just as frizzy as ever within 1 day of service. I'm not the type of person who feels that if I spend a lot of money and if they take a lot of time, it must be good. I will never go back there again and have convinced at least 2 of my friends to never visit them either. I work too hard for my money to throw it away on a place like this.

I have followed Marcia to this salon because she's fast, reasonably priced and I always feel like $1 million when I leave :-)
