Difficult Move Made Easy (well, for me)

I have some of the heaviest, most bulky and difficult stuff to move and Jake, Dustin and Chris handled it with delicacy and amazing attitudes. They worked amazingly hard and fast, taking into account their customers pay by the hour. They made me feel like me and my stuff were important, and I was extremely satisfied with the ultimate result. They went beyond the pale in forming a "bucket...

DRY...great place to store!

This is a great facility for the NW area. IT RAINS HERE! Most facilities are at ground level, this one is above grade. The whole building is above grade level so no water can get in. I have had stuff ruined at 2 other storage places in town. Yeon also has really nice customer service. I like that it is not a huge chain.

Almost too easy !

I was so completely impressed when I watched the movers carry my 400 pound treadmill out of my house, around the back, down the hill and into the basement. My furniture got placed where I wanted it, NO damages, They didn't get worn down, just kept moving and moving and moving with no complaints ! I Highly Recommend this company, if you have to move, these are the movers to use.

I Found Mini-Storage Nirvana!

As an owner of a moving company, I have to deal with many storage facilities that are poorly run and deal managers that lack customer services skills. Recently I moved a customer into National Storage Centers - Portland and was blown away by their prices and willingness to go the extra mile. I am now sending all of my Portland customers to National Storage Centers!
