This is a great facility for the NW area. IT RAINS HERE! Most facilities are at ground level, this one is above grade. The whole building is above grade level so no water can get in. I have had stuff ruined at 2 other storage places in town. Yeon also has really nice customer service. I like that it is not a huge chain.

We had a great experiance renting from Yeon Mini storage. We only needed a short term space and they were very curteous. The manager helped us through the whole process and got us squared away quickly and efficiently.

Yeon mini storage is by far the best storage facility in the Portland metro area. We have been storing there for years. The units are above ground inside a heated building, not garage type where moisture comes in. It is a very secure building with locking gate, passcode doors, and video surveillance. They are right off the 405 freeway and close to the Pearl and N.W. 23rd. We have used other storages over the years and this is the only place that made us feel comfortable to be be there.

Great facility! It is really well run with friendly customer service. The units are DRY and clean. It is easy to get your stuff in and out - no elevators. I highly recommend.

I live in the Pearl and this is the closest storage location around. They have great parking and access to the units - no elevators! It is so much better than the buildings you can't park near and then have to cart your stuff up tiny elevators. The hours are great, the staff is friendly and most of all it is so convenient!
