Best Neighborhood Gym
I first heard of Whole Body Fitness when I received a postcard from the gym in January of 2007. Since it was after the holidays and I was feeling out of shape and full of Christmas bloat I decided it was a sign for me to get myself moving and get serious about getting back into shape. I went in to check out the facilities and talk to James and the next thing I knew I had signed up for 3 personal training sessions a week for a month. That turned out to be one of the best things I have ever done for myself. James was such a great inspiration to me. He did the exercises with me, made sure I was doing them correctly, encouraged me to find strength inside myself that I couldn't find and best of all he made me laugh. The gym, which is close to my house, is clean and comfortable. The machines are all in good working order and well taken care of. I never feel uncomfortable around other members. It feels more like family than just a place to work out. It has been a year and a half and two membership renewals since I walked into Whole Body Fitness. I am leaner, stronger and healthier than I have been in a long time. I love James and his gym and highly recommend it to all my friends.
