Best personal training anywhere
I found Whole Body Fitness at a very unhealthy point in my life. I was 5 1/2 years post-baby, and my body was the most out-of-shape it had been in a very long time. James and others at the center really helped me get back on track. I joined in December, 2007. Their extreme knowledge on nutrition, weights work, cardio, and most importantly, how these all fit together to ensure sustainable fitness really made an impact on my life. Within four to five months my cholesterol dropped 70 points and I am now very near the average percentage of healthy body mass for my age and height (means I've built up a good amount of muscle mass and have decreased fat!). I'm so glad to be working with this gym, center, and the trainers. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and just plain fun!
