Great Experience with Service
The service department at Vic Alfonso are professional and knowledgeable. After taking my car in for service at another dealership for the same issue 2 times, (my transmission was stuck in 3rd gear), the other auto shop said that I would need a transmission overhaul that would have cost $2,900. I took it in for second opinion at Vic Alfonso, and the mechanic at Vic Alfonsos figured out it was blown fuse which ended up costing me only $75.00. I would recommend Vic Alfonso for auto repairs.
Price Range: $50 - $100

Shame on Vic Alfonso - CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
I've noticed a new red Cadillac with temp plates that reads "WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER", so out of curiousity I headed to CitySearch to find out the scoop. Now after reading the story, it sounds like the customer was in a no-win situation, and they got a bad deal all around. Hopefully more potential customers will read these postings and, if they elect to deal with Alfonso, will at least go in informed and leary of any possible tricky and/or dishonest tactics the dealership might try. "CAVEAT EMPTOR"!!

Buying a Luxury Car? Don't Go To Vic Alfonso's!
Earlier this year, we considered buying a Cadillac, but went with a Lexus instead because when we went to Vic Alfonso?s-- and were treated poorly. It felt like they thought they were doing us a favor by selling us a car instead of appreciating our business. With the car industry the way it is right now, you would expect more out of a dealership (especially, a luxury dealership).

On a more pleasant note, we're very happy with our Lexus and their continued excellent customer service.

Worst Dealer Experience Ever
My experience with Alfonso's was like chewing foil with a mouthful of fillings. They were intimidating, insulting and GREEDY! My nightmare started when I met with one of their sales rep on June 12th to discuss getting a car. After meeting with the rep, we decided to go forward with the deal. I signed all the necessary paper work and gave them my deposit to order the car. I was told the car would go into production on July 14th and be here by July 27th. After 3 weeks and several email attempts, I got no response so I called the dealership, only to find out the rep no longer worked there. I was nervous so they put me in touch with Greg Alfonso and he assured me the car had been ordered and we were on schedule. I went in the following saturday to introduce myself. It was at this point they told me they couldn't honor the deal the rep made with me because they would lose too much money, but they would put me in a cheaper car or whatever they had in stock. I refused because I had a contract for the one I ordered specifically. By August 22nd I still had no car and they kept telling me they had no idea when I could expect it. In the meantime they turned in the paper work to DMV and GMAC Financing, which locked me into a lease with my 1st loan payment due on a car that didn't exist, but if I didn't pay it I would be delinquent and it would ruin my credit. By now I was carless. With several visits and many phone calls with their team, they were always rude to me.I finally turned to a "friend" in the dealership busines to shed some light on this mess. He got in touch with Kim Alfonso and let her know they had an unhappy customer in hopes she would do the right thing.but she took things from bad to worse. She attacked my character with insults without ever talking or meeting with me. I ask you who does business this way. They took absolutely NO repsonsibilty for their senseless behavior, they made it a very unpleasant experience to say the very least. SO PLEASE BEWARE ! !

Hummer Dealership by robert S. at InsiderPages
We currently have two Hummers. Not bad in the service department, they take care of us. I hear the owners are hard to work for though. Most of the sales people and service staff are great people.
