I've been taking both my animals to this clinic for several years and up until recently have had a decent experience. Lately however the staff have been very unhelpful and not at all knowledgeable. My dog has severe anxiety and I wanted to get a light sedative for her for the 4th of July and because I hadn't brought her in since Feb they refused to prescribe anything for her unless I paid $50 for an office visit! They just brushed me off and told me to put her in a dark room...not a helpful answer for a dog with SEVERE anxiety. I will not be bringing my animals back here.

This goes to Leah... If customers learn how to read.. It says that it is free exam and vaccines for the vaccine period. I know cause I have one too! Which is 4 visits. Its not free exams if your pet comes in with vomiting. Learn how to read. I am so sick of dumbass people coming in everytime im there and not having money. Can we go to your job and just have a tab? can we go get free groceries and be like Ill pay you when I can.. HELLO the doctors are on comission im sure of it ...

Awful clinic, they seem nice and caring but when your dog becomes a dog and is no longer a puppy their attitudes are totally different. It really seems to me that once your puppy has gone through all the shots (where they make the most money) they turn completely RUDE!!!! I bought the puppy package which was supposed to cover my golden for the first year of his life, well at 6 months they changed it. They gave me a piece of paper not stating how long the package should last and said this is what I signed, however there was no signature. It also said I would get a bunch of free stuff like a large bag of puppy food and some toys and treats. I never received them but since it was 6 months ago I could no longer claim them. This was not the package that I had signed up for. Also whenever I call they are nice until they have my dog then they get mean. I will NEVER go here again!!!! I am switching clinics immediately!‎
