Hi, I work at Urbaca! Though we're one of the best salons in Portland and were recently featured in the October 2008 issue of American Salon, we understand that fancy surroundings, expensive machines, and high end products do not guarantee a good experience. The luxury of Urbaca is the feeling of being in good hands and having things done for you that you love.
