I own a charger, which was having mechanical troubles where my car was dying and restarting it self. The first time I took it in the re program the transmission and I had it back for 5 days and while driving it around it did it again. I took it back they had it 3 more days and they thought they found the problem, I picked the car up and after 4 hours of having the car back it didn't again. I took it on and demanind a loaner/rental car, they obiliged but FAILED to tell me that they were only going to pickup 1 day of rental until they called me advising that my car was done and after having the car for 7 days. I have spoken with everybody there and they just keep pointing the finger at somebody else. The sad thing is the shop doesn't think they even fixed the problem. I suggest that NOBODY ever goes there for any type of work as they don't keep there word

At this car dealership, they are nice to you until they hook you and you buy the car. If you ever have a car problem that has to do with how the car was manufactured, they won't ever look at the problem, no matter how obvious it is, until you agree to pay them $90, at which point they use every possible excuse to have it not be covered under warrenty.

If you want a mechanic to ignore you, then talk to you like a three year old, before misdiagnosing the problem with your car or truck. You might enjoy Ken over at Timberline Dodge. If you want some one to charge you 85 bucks to do nothing and tell you to fix the wrong problem while the right problem is obvious to any competent mechanic. then this is your place. They claim to be viper headquartes. Why anyone would take a cherished vehicle to these pompous dimwits is beyond me.
Truely a great reasopn not to trust dealer mechanics.
