I've used TBCC (Joe and Doris) for my carpet cleaning for about the last 10 years and they're the best. They move all my furniture and have always gotten out any stains. My carpet is 13 years old and looks practically new when TBCC is finished. I say "practically new" because I live in a rental house and the carpet was not very expensive when installed, so it does have normal wear and tear, but you'd never know it was inexpensive or as old as it is after TBCC cleans it.
