WARNING!!
Do not get ripped by this company as I had to find out the hard way. I called them for a price to replace my radiator with a new radiator. The owner calculates the cost and tells me $320, and I agreed. I drove there with the car and waited three hrs at their shop. While waiting, the owner comes to me with a section of my transmission line that screws to the radiator. He said "it was very rusty and broke off, but don't worry, we will take care of it". Mind you there was no issue with the transmission line when I took it to them. The fact of the matter is they broke it off. If they were professionals, they would have brought it to my attention before they attempted to handle the transmission line and let me know there might be a possiblity of it breaking off. When they finally finished, I was given the receipt.... On the phone the original agreement for replacing the radiator was $320.....on the receipt it states "original agreement $450" This way it looks like I was not charged for the repair of the transmission line. I asked to get a receipt with the correct amount that was given to me, but he wouldn't do it. On top of that, this business charges EXTRA for the new radiator fluid that is put in the new radiator! The owner repeatedly would say to me, the customer. "I should have never agreed to work on such an old car." Can you believe such remarks by a business owner towards a customer who takes his/her automobile to his business for service??? I tried resolving this issue through the Better Business Bureau, but the owner's response was "unforseen things happen during a repair." Once again, avoid Superior Radiator 624 Mcloughlin Blvd Oregon City, OR, 97045 at all costs!!

Great job once again. Thanks for your service. Needed work done fast and they came through. They gave me a quote and stuck to it. My friends told me to go to superior because they took good care of their many cars and trucks. My friend had a radiator start leaking after a few months and superior radiator replaced it , no questions asked great warranty service, friendly staff . Will be back and will send my friends.

They did not stand up to there warranty. We bought a new radiator, it blew, they did repairs, and we still had to pay for repairs. We asked for our money back, did not receive.So beware they do not back their warranty's on the radiators. Would not recommend them. Bad business people.

I am very happy with the work that these guys do. I took my 85 toyota there and had them go threw it. My truck was not running good. After it was done, I got a smile and a working truck. the owner is very nice. Thanks!

My vehicle was taken here by a body shop that was doing some work for me so it was not by my choice, at first I didn't really care as I didn't know anything good or bad about this company. My radiator was fixed but my car was also hit in the parking lot and NOTHING was said to my machanic until HE brought it up. Once he said something wouldn't ya know they actually had the customers name and number so I could notify them of the damages that THEY aknowledged they made. If nothing would have been said and we left the lot, I would have been s@$% out of luck.

It's two months later and a friend of mine had to have some warranty repairs done that were originally fixed by the same company, while the vehicle was in their care it also was damaged. After being given the run around for more then three weeks, they are now saying they didn't do it. This, after the employee already admitted fault. My spouse and I both work in the automotive Industry and will definately discourage people from going to Superior Radiator in the future.
