Where to start! Well first, If your a cash client, EXPECT UPRATING! I have always paid cash for services (They give a 20% discount), But have Every time recieved another bill in the mail for more that the discount! Every Time!
In November of '09, i was injured in an Auto Accident I decided to use my Primary Physician as the Primary for my Auto Accident. I should have known better! Even after my Lawyer Guarantied Payment, This Clinic SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS! after only 6mo. I called this clinic for an appoint, understanding that I would have to pay the past due ballance upfront, out of my unemployed pocket. Kathleen (Clinic Manager), rather than asking if I was willing to pay the past due ballance first, Decided to Read me the Riet Act! She was Extremely Rude and unprofessional!
Let this reflect that the Doctors have been very professional. The clinic management have not! I have been a client of this clinic for more than 4yrs. But I would not recomend this clinic under the current management to anyone!

Dr. Dougherty is the best around. Will fit you in and always has your health in the forefront. The office staff isn't great that's why I didn't rate it a 10.

Nancy Dougherty is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She cares for her patients and will not sacrifice quality of patient service regardless of the pressure of others. She has helped me immensly.
