This business did not disclose costs fees or agreed upon price of any kind until I stated that I could not have repairs done right away. I was only told of the time it would take to look at my vehicle this did not include price per hour, charges, diagnostic fees nor a request for a signature showing that charges were explained and disclosed prior to any work or estimate of repairs. The manager of this facility responded to me and the question as to why the charges were not disclosed in a condescending manner and was void of any responsibility to keep his customers informed. I paid for services only because I felt the employee would not release my car and feared retaliation because of his demeanor toward me. At no time did the manager or the owners of this business offer to refund my money for their lack of fiduciary duty or at the very least apologize for their error and poor treatment of the situation. I would not recommend using this facility, they have very poor customer service and high prices. I believe that those who have had a good experience have never questioned this facilities services, so of course good customer service would be exhibited.

Brought my car in because it was running rough. They hooked it up to their computer and diagnosed the problem to the spark plugs. They quoted me a price of $20 per plug "because they were special platinum plugs" Gave them the okay because I trusted them, I then checked online about 5 minutes later and found them for $3. Called them back to stop the job. By that time they had replaced the first three, but they stopped the job. I will NEVER go back to a place that overcharges 566% for parts. Ultimately it cost me $205 to have them hook my car up to their hand help computer (which I found out can be done FOR FREE at Autozone) and change three spark plugs. CAVEAT EMPTOR! I did not ask to see the invoice for the spark plugs, which I should have done, so don't be a bozo like myself. Always ask to see what they paid for the parts they quote!

Not the first time we have taken my wife's Toyota Paseo here but Chris and the rest of the team at Scholl's Ferry Automotive have always been clear, prompt, professional and fair priced. Wiper motor went out on the car and they gave a very competitive estimate and upon picking up the car last night, let us know that it came in under the estimate. Very pleasant and straight forward to work with and not condescending to women like a lot of repair shops. Highly recomended!

The people at Scholls Ferry Automotive are so good at what they do. They were very fairly priced and did a stand up job. They are very respectful and don't talk down to women like I have experienced before. Will be a repeat customer and recommend my friends and family.
