Half truths and POOR customer service!
NW 23rd Restoration Hardware I would give less stars if I could, but it's not an option, and the only other reason I would consider one star is for the good quality of their product. However, their products run expensive, and even more ...

A perfect trifecta of awful by A H. at InsiderPages
While the store does have good quality products, I have come to find that dealing with their employees, their return policy, and their high prices is just not worth it. Their return policy is awful if you have purchased something on-line (they have a thing or two to learn from Zappos.com), their employees are generally stuck up, smug, rude, etc. and if they need to go in the back to check for an item - they are obviously inconvenienced (hello - that's your job), and for the amount of money of their items I can find the same quality for better service at Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, or William Sonoma. Definitely not worth the headache of dealing with this company - I would highly recommend NOT doing business with them.

Will not accept returns, extremely rude manager
We purchased curtains from this store, along with some curtain hardware a couple of months ago. When we got home, we realized that the store had given us some of the wrong merchandise. We had half gold rings, half black rings, half clip rings, half regular rings, etc. I called the store and asked them to send a shipping label, but they said we would have to drive it back. So we made a four hour roundtrip to return them, along with the curtains which let too much light through. All products were in their original packaging, most were never taken out of their packaging. When we bought them, we were hesitant, because we weren't sure if they would be suitable for our bedroom, but the salesperson told us not to worry that we could return them no problem for any reason. However, when we went back to the store, they refused to accept the return. They acknowledged that the merchandise was in perfect shape and that we were within the return period, but said without the original receipt, they couldn't do anything, because they couldn't verify what we'd spent. I talked to their regional manager, who pulled up the records in 30 seconds on the computer using my credit card number. He verified the amount and date of the purchase and gave the records to the Portland store manager. In spite of this, the store manager was extremely rude (perhaps perceiving that we had gone over her head, although she was extremely rude before we even spoke to her regional manager). She grudgingly allowed us to give them the merchandise, after which we left, and guess what? Right after we left, she SHIPPED BACK all of the merchandise we were trying to return - including the wrong merchandise given to us in the first place - and then claimed to our credit card company that we should be responsible for all charges and showed them the shipping labels, claiming that they had sent the merchan
