Sad but true!
I paid $2400 in Oregon and was promised a one-on-one counselor relationship (I inquired about this at my consultation). Although I have had some success (25lbs loss, water drinking, & better food choices), I was very disappointed to be passed from counselor to counselor. For some reason everyone leaves this branch. Do to class cancelations, schedule changes, and staff issues my 9 month program has taking me a year to complete. I honestly could not recommend this program to anyone and that saddens me as I had such positive energy and high hopes going into it. Thank you!

Success is in the mind and soul and with the help of PC and the great staff I was able to lose my excess body that has been following me around for along time. I look forward to my Saturday visits with PC. I feel like family and know that I will be greeted with a smile and even hugs and always a friendly attitude from all that work there. If you are having trouble with the program they are always willing to listen and help in anyway to get you headed in the right direction. My personal experience has been wonderful. Everyone I have come into contact with has been VERY helpful and fun! I would give not only the program a very high rating, but the staff in the front office and the people behind the scenes a high rating. Now adays generousity is a major plus in a company and I have found that with the staff at PC. Thanks gang for all you have helped me with !!! Love ya! Debbi

It DOES work
First I need to address the ex-employee..we were told that the sessions were being recorded. We all knowthat someone could say something "inappropriate" happened in my private session. Unfortunatly their are people out there that would do that.
The cost is so worth it, I guess because my health is worth it. I am a struggling female trying to make a living, and I was able to do this because they worked it out on payments that I could budget in. Ask a hospital to do that for you when you go in for a stomach job. And because you get the surgery, doesn't mean you'll stay thin. You need to have your thought processed re-aligned to start eating correctly. I'm closed to 60 and I found out things about foods and vitamins I never knew. I lost 88lbs and the only reason I didn't lose more is because I have stopped exercising due to injuries. But I'm not gaining either.
I feel very strongly about this process, because I tried everthing except surgery, and and that was never an option for me.

It works!!
I was given a free consultation---it takes only an hour,not 3. I don't know of many programs which give you cost figures without face-to-face consultations. there was very little pressure and you can cancel after 1 session if you feel it won't work for you. I lost 65 pounds over 9 months and regained a lot of self-confidence I had surrendered. It's easier to remain stable as you are used to making good decisions about food and beverages=not losing weight with portion controlled pre-packaged food and/or embarrassing weigh-ins. I think people owe it to themselves to check out the program before bashing it & listening to disgruntled former employees. it works!!!

It REALLY Works
I think it's horrible that so many people are saying bad things about this company. I went to Positive Changes and had great success. Yes, it's a little spendy but it works, so it's well worth it. From all these reviews it sounds like a bunch of upset employees who are unhappy. I lost almost 40 pounds in about 6 months. I saw many people every time I went into my session who also said they were getting great success. If someone wasn't getting the results it was generally because they weren't following the program. It's not a magic pill. But it's the closest thing I've found. It changed my whole view on food. I now desire to eat healthy instead of wishing I would. I honestly would chose to eat an apple over chocolate and I never could of said that before.
