When I called the telephone number for Portland Key Service, a woman answered "locksmith" . I asked if I had reached Portland Key Service and was told I had reached "a locksmith company". I asked if they had changed the name from Portland Key Service, she didn't know. I asked for their locksmith certification #, she asked "our WHAT?", I asked again, she handed the phone to a foreign sounding gentleman who I again asked for their locksmith certification #. He rapidly spoke random numbers. I asked him to slow down and repeat the numbers so that I cold write it down, he repeated the random numbers then asked if I wanted a locksmith or not? I told him that I wanted to schedule a locksmith to come out to our business so he gave me back to the woman who said a locksmith would be out within the hour. I looked up the certification # and no company matched the #. I called back, the gentleman answered, I apologized stating that I must have written the # down incorrectly because it did not come up. He yelled that we couldn't have his business, I told him we no longer needed his business.

Got a security system installed, all thanks to Portland Key Service. I wasn't sure if I wanted one, but my Mom suggested it, so I just listened to her so she'll stop nagging me.

I can not thank you guys enough for helping me and my daughter. I still can't believe I left my keys still in the ignition the whole time we were at the mall. The security at the mall wasn't no help at all. We had to settle with calling a lock service. But I'm glad that you guys helped us because the tech arrived quick and got it open within minutes. I was surprised that I wasn't charged that much either. Thanks a lot.

Got my digital lock on my office door repaired finally. It hasn't been reading the code for a couple days now so I called to get it checked. After the technicians visit, it worked again like brand new.
