On overall experience, I would give 0 stars but I will give 1 star for a little effort. I went with Allbright Carpet Cleaning because they gave me an awesome special that other carpet cleaners could not beat! I checked their website and youtube video and it convinced me enough that I should go with them. They came in a two team. They were friendly, confident and assured me that they will do a great job. Well, they didn't. After they were done, they loaded the equipment back into their van. I did a walk-thru and was stunned to see many spots left (not stains). There were spots left in every room and I could tell they didn't do a thorough job. I was very disappointed and more so because they didn't acknowledge that there were spots left or even asked if I was satisfied . The owner didn't do a walk thru himself because when I complained, he wasn't aware of the spots. He said his partner was new but even so, he should've checked to see if his partner did a thorough ...
