I recently purchased a car from Platt Auto. I was searching for a particular car and one of the matches I found was in a Craigslist ad from them. Of all the listings I researched, their price was the fairest right off the bat - in between Blue Book Excellent and Good value. On arriving, I found the car to be extremely clean. There was no pressure at all one way or the other. I wound up purchasing the car, again with absolutely no hassle, and a minimum refundable fee to hold the car while my loan was processed. About one week later when servicing the car, I found that the rear axle seals were leaking and called Platt to see if we could work something out - even though I did not purchase a warranty. Not only did they fix the problem promptly and with no charge to me, they even gave me the use of a loaner car for the day while it was being fixed. I had chatted with the owner, and his business model is about finding nice, clean cars and selling them for a fair price. What a welcome and refreshing model for selling cars! This place deserves all of the business they can handle.

A little while back I purchased a car with my daughter and now I found this site. I was in and out in no time, had just what we were looking for, a lightly used Audi in A1 condition with an even better price... Greg when I'm ready for my next car i'll be back.
