Horrible customer service
Long wait, very poor managerial staffing, and inadequate return policy standards. This store gives Nordstroms a bad reputation & they do not except brand new with tag returns without a gift receipt or "tracking sticker." If you're looking for quality try the downtown Portland location- its worth the extra driving time.
