Horrible customer service

Long wait, very poor managerial staffing, and inadequate return policy standards. This store gives Nordstroms a bad reputation & they do not except brand new with tag returns without a gift receipt or "tracking sticker." If you're looking for quality try the downtown Portland location- its worth the extra driving time.

As always

Nordstrom is a top noch shopping experience. They carry high end cloths for the whole family. Their childrens department could use some more in the Toddler Boys section. They will special order things for you. The decor is always changing and is always nice. They are not pushy and are very helpful!
