Bad customer service

I'd had good experiences here on my previous 3 trips. However, on my last trip a very expensive skirt that I had brought there several times before for cleaning was ruined. Not just stained, but the entire skirt was a completely different color as were the flowers on it. Instead of apologizing he tried to tell me that it must be the first time I had brought it in to be cleaned. When I told him he himself had cleaned it several times he said "there must be a dye problem" with my skirt. By then he had rang me up and charged my card and when I asked if there was any way to be reimbursed or at least not have to pay to have that skirt cleaned, he said "No sorry, but at least your 9 other items came out ok." and walked into the back room so he wouldn't have to face me anymore. POOR customer service, terrible cleaning, should be avoided altogether.
