A Gem of A Job!‎

I live in an older condominium which had a dark depressing 1920's kitchen which never felt clean. NK undertook a complete kitchen renovation led by Janie Boyl, designer, to produce a modern kitchen which fits well into the traditional style of the house. The renovation never impinged on the other residents of the condominium as all demolition was contained and craftsmen were careful to clean up each day. All work was done to the highest quality and Deb, the building contractor, was wonderful in making sure that all was kept coordinated and on schedule. I highly recommend Neil Kelly.‎

Another outstanding job!!!‎

I have had the pleasure of using Neil Kelly for a kitchen remodel and some minor maintenance work on my house. Each time they did an outstanding job. My most recent project was the replacing of a vinyl floor and molding in my bathroom. The work was done on time, on budget (in fact under the estimate) and the craftsmanship on some difficult molding around my bathroom cabinets is great! I highly recommend Neil Kelly.‎

Home Remodel‎

Kitchen and Master Bathroom total redo and more. Therese DuBravac, our designer, and John Finn our project manager, helped us choose wisely, stay in budget, and had fun at the same time. The whole Neil Kelly remodel experience from the framers to the finishers was a quality job!‎

Low stress remodel‎

We knew we had to add a bathroom but dreaded the experience. Our project designer, Joel Fraley, made it pretty much painless. He was able to meet after hours when it was convenient for us and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had along the way. He caught on to our style quickly and was able to offer a range of solutions that suited us well. A low stress experience ended with a beautiful bathroom.‎

Awesome kitchen remodel‎

We are so happy with the kitchen remodel that Neil Kelly did for us last year. We worked with Joel Fraley, designer extraordinaire. From the beginning, when we were just starting to think about what to do with our disaster of a kitchen, Joel was knowledgeable, patient and calm. He came up with some incredibly creative designs for our weirdly shaped kitchen, and worked with our ideas every step of the way. During the project, Joel was ALWAYS available, either by phone or in person. He dealt with the few problems that we had efficiently and graciously. I would highly recommend Neil Kelly, and especially Joel Fraley, to anyone who is thinking about a remodel, kitchen or otherwise. Our kitchen is beautiful and a joy to cook in, thanks to these guys‎
