Absolutely AMAZED - 2 thumbs up

I just have to tell you how absolutely AMAZED I was to see my basement that your company cleaned... I had an ailing cat that made a lot of messes and it looked hopeless to me. Mike and his collegues spent a LOT of time to clean the area (which was heavily soiled and stained), They also "ran through" my upstairs carpeting, which wasn't asked of them. Mike was very friendly/personable, and I was reassured by Mike that he would do his best to restore the carpet, which looks brand new. They even rearranged the furniture in the basement in a neat and orderly fashion, which again, I didn't expect. From the bottom of my heart, I am very appreciative of the excellent service your company provided (even from the first call I placed, the lady was knowledgeable and congenial), but especially the people who worked on my basement. I couldn't ask for better workers, and they immediately made me feel assured that they were going to do the best job they could and their work proved it! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
