The Service was fantastic - he came over within an hour of the time i placed the call - re keyed all my locks so now I can have ONE key on me and people will stop calling me the janitor all the time... But what I was concerned about and very happy about as well was the fact that after he showed up he looked everything up and gave me a quote to approve before he started working. Highly recommended.
