I got locked out last night and called them - the girl i spoke to over the phone said that they were a running a bit behind and that it would take about 45 minutes to get to my house. I appreciated the honesty and booked the call. 25 minutes later they show up at my door and 3 minutes later my door was open. When he took a look at my lock he told me that it looks like someone tried to pop that lock. I wasn't sure if he was trying to sell me something or replace my lock so he could make more money but then he said - talk to your landlord and tell him to replace that lock for you that way you will not be the one paying for it. YES ! They were honest and polite and I am happy to leave 5 stars of excellence for them.

Fantastic service, and the people on the phone sound happy to help out! I can't say that I am happy that I needed a locksmith after losing my keys, but at least I know that the one I chose was an excellent decision. They even were patient enough to deal with me changing my mind when they got here to have them make a car key the next day. What else can I say?

Well, I originally wanted to have these guys come and fix my old lock. The guy came out and said that it would probably be better if I just replaced the lock. At first I didn't want him to do that because I know that the old lock was a really good one. But the tech told me that he would be able to put in a higher security lock that was virtually impossible to break into... So After many years of faithful service, I decided to replace the old lock. I will say this, the new one looks pretty cool and has a key like I've never seen! It has a little muscle man on it! Anyway, it was definitely confirmed by a friend of mine that this is one of the best locks on the market. And Now whenever I go out of town, I know that no one is dropping by unexpectedly!

how great to have found you ! after having a really bad experience with another locksmith i gave up and called these guys to come over and repair a lock that was badly installed on my bedroom door - I love the fact that they did not quote me a low price over the phone just to get me to have them come out - they got here and evaluated everything before letting me know the set price - they concluded the job in a great and clean way and i am very happy with the service provided. not sure how quick they can get to you though because i scheduled an appointment and it was not an emergency.
