Changed for the better!
I'd just turned 50 and was completely bummed about it! I'd been trying to lose weight on my own but quickly fell back into old habits. I'd drive by lifebodyfitness every day on my way to work and often wondered what it would be like to hire a personal trainer. I finally walked in on a Friday with a specific goal and on Monday was beginning a 5 day a week, 12 week program to lose weight, get fit, and be in good health and spirits! Tiffany's program included following a specific diet (and keeping a diary of everything I ate) and weight training mixed with cardio. After 15 weeks I've lost 18 lbs. (my husband's lost 25 lbs. by simply following the diet plan!) and about 10 inches total (and gone from a size 12 to a size 8!) But that's just the mechanics -- the real joy is spending half an hour with Tiffany every day as she motivates, encourages, and expertly guides you through the sessions, crafting exercises to meet your specific needs and abilities, joking, laughing, and even counting reps in Italian to distract you from the pain! Her staff of trainers and the other customers are also great fun to be around, which makes it such a rewarding time. Best decision I ever made and well-worth the commitment!
