I hate to say it, because they have a good selection. But it's just not worth the trouble of having to work with the folks there (I think it was the owner who was the worst). I know of some friends that have had a bad experience here, and after stopping in ourselves are now in the same boat. Looking for an engagement / wedding ring together is just too important of an occasion to trust in the hands of these guys. Just stopping in "to look" for 5 minutes has soured the whole ring shopping experience for us. It's tough to imagine, but they managed to pull it off. Just my advice to save you all the same trouble. Kassab downtown, or out at the W Square mall.‎

I went to the Kassab in Washington Sqaure/ Downtown PDX and had excellent service and received a quality product. We were waiting to get the ring sized and I didn't have their number handy so I went on line to get the phone number and saw these bad reviews. I got really nervous and investigated. There are two Kassab's! Anyway I ended up getting two rings at the Wa.Sq. Dwntwn PDX Kassab. Wedding rings. One of which was designed and made by Kassab. They are perfect. I then bought a pair of ear rings to match, my fiance was blown away. I wouldn't hesitate to use these good people again. I have never used the other Kassabs but for sure these stores are top notch.‎

We also went in to get a ring sized that was not purchased there. They sized the ring as we waited. Excellent service ...

We went to have a ring sized, everywhere else we called, no one seemed to care about our business because we did not buy the ring there, it was days out, pricey, ect...then I called Kassab, they had it done the next day, and @ half the price. They seemed to really care about what they are doing, and why.
