Best Limo Service Around!!

This company gave my wife and I one of the best experiences of our lives. We were picked up with one of the newest, biggest, baddest limo's I have seen and I've been in my fair share of limo's. After a trip to our first stop for some drinks and appetizers, we were escorted by the owner Johnny down the the limo which took us to the Helicopter. Johnny gave me some advice to not tell my wife about the helicopter which was great. She had no idea until we got up to the top of the building in downtown Portland where it landed to pick us up. The look on her face was priceless. After a nice flight around downtown, we went to a golf course for dinner and of course some more drinks. To finish off the night, we took the limo out for a few hours on the town. We had an awesome time. Most of that can be attributed to the organization behind the scenes making sure everything went off without a hitch. So, this was a bit long winded; the bottom line is that JMI ROCKS!! Johnny will make sure you are taken care of. Keep up the great work guys!

Don't Plan On It!

I would never use or recommend this company to anyone! Johnny, who seems to be the J in JMI, was very personable and quoted great, cheap rates one day and then I called back to book with him the next day and left a message. I never heard back so I called again. When I finally got through, he was rude and talking to other people and then asked if he could call me back and didn't. So, I called again and left a message explaining that if was unable to do what he quoted, I would like to know so I could make other arrangements but NEVER received the courtesy of a return phone call. I had another bridesmail call and his voicemail box was full. Terrible customer service. If he did call back, I wouldn't have booked with him because he had proven too be unreliable and I couldn't risk letting the bride and her party down. I made a reservation with a professional limousine competitor of his.

Simply put, JMI Limousine should be made the only option. Their on point service, experienced drivers, and no nonsense approach to business far exceeds that of the competition. My vehicle is perfect every time they pick me up and the knowledge of the city, and the people, always goes beyond my expectations.

What a Gentlemen!
Thouroughly enjoyed our time, money well spent. Our driver was flexible and considerate, taking photos for us, opening doors.. Obviously wanted to ensure we had a great time! Very pleased with the service and will so recommend and use JMI in the future. My only regret is that we didnt leave a bigger tip!!! ~Thanks Again Steve!!

Excellent Service
I would highly recommend JMI. They are affordable, courteous and professional. The limo was on time, immaculate and our driver made us feel at ease and allowed us to enjoy the evening. This was an important celebration for us and thanks to JMI everyone in our party had an amazing time!

Personal service, super clean
Steve - our driver - took us out for a birthday trip downtown. He was kind enough make extra stops for us, drive us around to pass time, and even swung by to pick up my niece and her friend from the Jonas Bros. concert....not an easy task with such a crowded venue! Limo was comfy, sparkling clean, perfect for our b-day girl (a 1st time limo rider!) Excellent value, can't thank Steve enough for putting up with our extra stops, non-stop chatter, photos and more ~ thank you for a wonderful evening....we'll definitely be back.
