The car buying experience was very good. I didn't feel the pressure and sales tactics that you usually get from most dealers. The service is top notch, you get the sense the professionals working on your car are exceptional. The one thing that I found most irritating was my designated service rep in the service department. Everytime I would bring my car in for an oil change, he would hammer me on all the additional preventive maitenance I needed otherwise I'd be doing a huge disservice to my car. Well, at $400 a whack it gets a little annoying.

Offended and angry
I had bought my 2005 Volvo from another dealership and had wanted to get my car serviced here. They were very reluctant to help me once they found out I didnt buy my car from them. Very rude, snobby and I left in tears straight to Herzog-Meier in Beaverton. They were helpful and friendly--a far cry from Jim Fisher's attitude! Unbelievably offended and angry!!!
