Insider Pages refuses to fix bad information
Insider pages has been notified that the post Waist of Time is not about our business but refuses to correct the problem. If you read the post it is obviously not about our business. I just bought my 2d motorcycle from here.
I purchased my 7th motorcycle (a 1978 Goldwing GL 1000) from here around 1993. The great buy and excellent service I got then is still happening. I lost the Goldwing in the flood of 1996, but the new 2007 Honda 750 Shadow Aero certainly meets my needs now, especially in todays high gas prices. Chris and Gary are there to help you get a good deal. Check this business out for sure!

Guys you can trust
In working with Honda of St. Johns and Chris Gonzalas, I realized early on these guys tell it like it is; no hype, no BS, just the truth. I like that. I passed by several Honda dealers who are closer to where I live (I'm over an hour from St. Johns) just because I like these guys. I also get my regular service done there.

In my opinon there is nothing more important than trust when it comes to dealers of any kind. When you find a good one, you stick with them.

Love my new bike!
Okay. I was a little harsh on my first review of St. John's Honda and Chris. I did explain to him my frustrations and he made it right. All in all it was a much better experience for me and I have the bike I want.

Waste of time
Paul Mertz of Honda of St. Johns was the rudest, least professional salesperson I've ever dealt with. We would have been able to look past the dingy, run-down building if we had been treated with any civility, but that was not the case.
Mr. Mertz treated us like children and was condescending and annoyed by our questions. When we weren't impressed by his quote, he took out a sheet of paper and started pulling random, nonsensical numbers out of nowhere, apparently attempting to confuse or dazzle us into submission. When we asked for a written quote, he was absolutely furious that we only wanted a quote and weren't going to buy the car on the spot, and basically blew up. This process was a complete waste of time and patience. To be treated with such contempt and disrespect is completely inexcusable - we were practically thrown out of the dealership. We are outraged and disgusted by the level of service we received from Honda of St. Johns. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
