Terrible customer service
I ordered my nursery furniture from Goodnight Room and have had a terrible experience. It started off badly when they charged me the wrong price for the furniture. After 13 weeks (even though they quoted 6-8 weeks), I finally received my dresser and glider/ottoman, but the crib still has not even shipped from the manufacturer. They didn't even follow-up on my order until I called them after 10 weeks to find out where my furniture was. And after 10 weeks, they finally called the manufacturer and then told me that the crib was on back order and that the fabric for the glider/ottoman was unavailable. Over the next few weeks, they have told me a different story about when the crib will ship but none of them have been correct so far. I really wish I had more time before my due date to completely cancel my order and order my furniture from another store (as of right now the crib is set to be delivered after my due date).
