Rest assured that I will update this review with each trip to the dealer. I bought a 2008 XC90 V8 from Jim Fisher in Jan 2010. The sales experience was good, Tom was very tolerant while I asked many questions, looked at all the cars on the lot, sometimes more than once! It was booked in today for a routine oil change. My service rep Marvin called me up to inform me that additional work was needed. I went back to the shop and discussed the work with Marvin. I expressed my surprise that only after 4 months such work was required. Marvin listened to my concerns and we agreed a course of action. The work was carried out while I waited and all issues were resolved to my satisfaction, I am very happy with all aspects of my trip to Jim Fisher today. I don't doubt the other reviews below mine but my experience was very positive. Full credit to Marvin and his managers.
