Do not train here.
If you want to pay one of highest prices in town to watch your trainer look at himself in the mirror, text message, take phone calls, and be late for your appointment, then Extreme Training is the gym for you!

A whole new workout experience, see for yourself.
I have been going to extreme training for about a year and I can tell you if you have ever thought about going to a trainer but feel that you already work out or know how to workout it is not for you, then I would bet you you will be as wrong as I was. I am an active person that works out about about 3-4 times a week already but figured I would give it a try because as a sales professional you cannot help be charmed and impressed with Dominic salesmanship and style. That being said i figured i would give it a try and do a few sessions. Well now I have been going for about a year and I find my workouts are at a whole new level as far as intensity and results. He has a great staff and they give great feedback nutritionally as well and are very motivating and will help you get the body you want. So would highly encourage you to do as I did try a few sessions and see for yourself. What do you have to lose besides a few unwanted pounds.

anytime..
I've been going to extreme training for over 2 years. I was in rehab from having my Kidney removed in a bike accident. I went to 24hr, but really got nowhere with their trainers.. Over the past 2 years, I've physically gone beyond where I used to be and am now fiter and healthier than I've ever been in my life. I now ride bikes harder and have so much more upper body strength its almost ridiculous.

Long story short: If your looking for no nonsense, honest, kick you ass..training.. this is the place.. no half measures here..

Simply THE BEST
If you're more interested in getting in shape, pushing the limits and reaching your personal goals than you are being pitched various products & supplements or being stuck on a machine while your trainer picks his nose and tries to act cool, Extreme Training is the place to go.

Extreme Training attracts a Type A crowd that's willing to pay for the best but expects to get the best because the best is exactly what they get.

When I started training at ET, I could do a couple of pushups and lift a *little* bit of weight. Now, I can do oodles of pushups, impress the guys with my benchpressing and I have abs of steel. I've always been a reluctant exerciser. Hated being in the gym, hated the meat market feel of a lot of gyms, hated having to show up for something I didn't enjoy. Extreme Training makes working out fun and a challenge. I've been working out with ET for more than a couple of years now and it's an addiction I never thought I'd have.

The gym itself is clean with top of the line equipment. The trainers are outstanding. I can't recommend them enough.
