They had every type of exercise machine known to man at this store. Sales staff was knowledgable without being pushy and didn't swarm us even though store wasn't busy. I would recommend this store.

The Exercise equipment Northwest has a very big variety of high end exercise equipment. The sales staff does a good job explaining feature and benefits. I purchased a Lifecycle and have been happy.

Very rude female sales staff. Extremely overpriced. better service at the DMV. i went else ware, was treated better, paid less, got a better product, with out being treated poorly. AVOID if you can

I recently bought an elliptical from Exercise Equipment Northwest and was given awesome customer service. Not only are they an official dealer of Precor Exercise Equipment (I believe they are the ONLY official dealer in this area, but may be wrong), they have an excellent equipment selection, VERY competitive prices, a clean and attractive store, and convenient store hours (they are open an hour longer than the other Exercise Equipment Northwest stores). The elliptical I wanted to purchase was out of stock on the Friday I called to inquire, but the folks at Exercise Equipment Northwest bent over backwards for me by making it their priority to find one at another store location and then personally picking it up on the way to work Saturday morning so that I could pick it up at my earliest convenience from their location (their location is the closest to where I live, so much more convenient for me - delivery is available, but I had access to a truck, so why not? ). If you have ever seen a boxed elliptical, you will know that "picking it up" on the way to work was a no easy task. These folks are real easy-going, friendly, knowledgeable, and provide service that exceeds expectations. I will definitely return to Exercise Equipment Northwest for future equipment purchases and would highly suggest that you check them out.
