Customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. They do not answer their phone. They have had my car 2 days and I've called at least 6 times and gotten an answering machine. When I finally did get someone on the phone the person who knew something about my car was not in. Nobody else there apparently knew anything. So, I have no idea if my car is repaired or if any work was actually done. I cannot comment on the quality of the work as I have yet to know what was done to my car, but I will not use the shop again. I can find another shop in town that does good quality work AND answers their phone.
