MRI done for torn rotator cuff result of a fall
I took my order for an MRI from the Doctor and shopped around. For an MRI, other places costs were from 3-5 thousand dollars, excluding the report. At epic, I received an MRI with the strongest tesla strength "machine" and received the report for $995. All the people in this facility were friendly and competent. Although Epic was not on my insurance list of providers they approved because of the cost savings. It pays to be able to shop for your medical needs.

Dont go there expecting customer service, I have also heard it's one of the worst places to work in Oregon! They also do not have a policy on how to handle TB patients.

This place is not patient friendly. The waiting room, is not nice. The staff is somewhat unfriendly. The tech was nice and did a good job. The place needs some work. I felt like they were just there to take my cash and nothing else! I'd go somewhere else!

my 11 year old son went in for some catheter work and the people working with him made him feel as comfortable as possible. they were vey patient and compassionate. i would never go anywhere else.
