I've been beading off and on for 10 years, and shop at both Dava's West and East side locations. I find the staff very helpful, and knowledgeable. They listen carefully and try to fill customer needs. I have had a few 'bead' problems, and they offered good solutions. I don't know what these other reveiwers are complaining about. It is impossible to please all people, and customers should be try aware of the overhead costs of running a store front; rent, advertising, and wages. It is important to support local businesses. Do people realize that probably 80% of product sold on Ebay is stolen?
