Respectful treatment by sales person Dave Townley and his internet boss, one attempt to get me into a more expensive car than I could afford and then no more. Realistic approach to selling. These folks provided me with the info I needed, let me drive the car I wanted, let me know when new ones arrived at the dealership, and in general made this one of the best shopping experiences I have had. No strong arming and changing sales people on me. By the way, the ford focus is a pretty neat car with great gas mileage.

I took my truck in for starting problems.The diesel tech Phil had an idea what it was and had it repaired quickly.He was very knowledgeable. He gave me some tips for fuel additives also

I bought my car from Courtesy Ford in December 2006. The car was used, but was also a 2006 (and still had low miles), and I was not only able to get in wayyyy under KBB pricing, but I also decided to get their Service Warranty package as well and the final price was still quite a bit under Blue Book. The whole transaction was great from beginning to end, and the negotiating stage was the easiest I've ever had. Over a year and a half later I've still had no problems with the car (other than typical sun-roof issues that they took care of for me, which was covered under my Warranty/Maintenance agreement). I get it serviced there regularly and the staff is awesome and they always deliver what they promise. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, it's the best experience I have ever had buying a car, and even after the sale they take care of you.

Unbelievable service. Their name "COURTESY- FORD" means just that. A+.They have met my goals to whatever I needed. I live in Hawaii and they helped me

manger to John the Big Boss man, those folks were the Best. The first review posted I did not,see any of that. I thought they had more than enough inventory!!!
Much more than I wanted to see. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I am looking forward to another sale with them.

The worst car buying experience ever. Issues included miscalculating my payoff from a vehicle leased through them, delays in receiving a promised payment from them to offset the turned in lease, screwed up the license fees resulting in extra money out of my pocket. They have a small inventory, crowded lot and really don't seem to care if you come back again or not.
