shocked and dissappointed
Although we're repeat customers, we'll never be able to bring ourselves to shop here again. This week, in the midst of a large purchase, my wife and I were treated so horribly by two managers at CN that we can scarcely believe it really happened! I can hardly believe that business is so good that customers could be treated so shabbily and valued so lightly. Shop here at your own peril.

Disatisfied with Quality and Service
We wanted to consign a sofa with Consignment Northwest which was a disaster. They picked up the sofa for a $50 fee then told us they could not consign the sofa so it would have to be returned, for another $50. I inspected the sofa two days after they delivered it back and discovered they had broken one of the legs of the sofa and used a staple gun to hold it in place. The service, treatment and then the broken sofa all added up to a rip off - and now I need to fix the broken leg. I would not shop or use this place ever again.

I have sold many pieces of furniture and a large area rug through Consignment Northwest. I have been very pleased with the service. They will pickup your items for a small fee, they will even repair some things. In a few weeks a check comes in the mail.
