Citybikes President is Antisemitic Activist
If you are a white racist or a militant Jew-hater, Citybikes is the bicycle shop for you. The Citybikes President, Tim Calvert, has been involved with antisemitic organizing for years, and does activism with Holocaust-deniers and white supremacists. This has been a known problem since 2009, yet Citybikes tacitly supports their President's bigoted political organizing.

Great Service
Went to these guys looking for a good used bike and found exactly what I was looking for. They are very patient and informative. I've not been on a bike in years and they were very helpful in helping me find what I needed as well as providing useful information that I had not even thought of. They take used bikes and completely overhaul them replacing parts as needed. Incredible warranty on used bikes...6 months! Free 30 day checkup and no labor on installing accessories during the first 30 days I believe. Very good shop.

Cheap bikes, nice people by Toni F. at InsiderPages
Citybikes is a great group of people willing to work on any bike. Some bike shops make you feel stupid when you take your bike in, but they never do. And they have lots of women working there and they hold workshops for women who want to learn about working on their own bikes.

My Favorite Repair Shop
They are always friendly and helpful either at the repair shop or the annex. Just go if you need bike help. They have some retail stuff, but this place is great for bike fixes info on pedals, panniers, fixing a tire, lowering handlebars, name it. If you need a repair, the prices are very fair. I love these guys!

Pros: Very good at providing honest info, friendly folks

Honest Salespeople? Spooky...
It's llke going shopping witha friend who knows what they're talking about. They won't blow smoke up your rear, and they won't push you into a bike that you don't need. But here's the best part--no attitude at all. No hipster ego, no "give us your money and shut up" vibe. If they have a weakness, it's that they're equally honest when you sell them a bike. Of course, they'll tell you when you'd be better off selling it in a garage sale, so maybe it's not so bad...
