Dr Gasch amazing and staff is fantastic

I've seen a number of dermatologists over the years for a serious skin condition that I suffer from. I luckily found Dr. Gasch when I moved back to Portland and I've been with him ever since. He's very personable, friendly and all around good guy on top of being a fabulous doctor. The staff is always MORE than helpful, and his nurse Sara and Phys Assistant Eric are the BEST. They have found 3 potentially dangerous moles that would have turned into something serious if I wasn't getting checked every 6 months (a real full body check not a quick 2 second scan like so many other dermatologists do, waiting for you to complain of itching or something first before taking action) and he discovered a very dangerous melanoma on a dear friend that could have been fatal and he removed it quickly and completely.

The best thing about this doctor's office is that THEY LISTEN to me. So many doctor's now-a-days could care less about you or what you need. You are a number and a talking head and that's it. Dr. Gasch would know my first name if he saw me on the street as well as 1/2 his staff. They are real people and doing it for the right reasons. ;-)

The Hillsboro office is being moved shortly and will be nice and pretty just like the office in the St. V's complex. ;-)

Not sure who you saw...But the Physician's assistant was great

I took my teen son in for a mole check and for acne. We saw the physician's assistant and he was GREAT! So nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything and made my son feel comfortable with the treatment plan. They were so fast to get us into the room, and for the PA to come in that we had to finish the paperwork after the visit.

Excellent care for my newborn boy

We were guided to Dr. Rydzik from a friend of our family and found the service and care to be excellent. They were very easy to find, just off HW 26 right next to St. Vincent Hospital. I have never been to any other dermatologist before but would recommend Dr. Rydzik to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring and professional dermatologist.
