I'll give them the benefit--
We were assured the curio would be packed up and ready for our pickup to save on delivery, no one there was notified we were there to pick up the curio and had not even been taken from the display place, we left without the curio, we will see what happens, the salesman admitted to NOT notifying the warehouse, NO one was ready for us to pick it up, no phone calls either, we will see!! UPDATE, they delivered it the next day and it is in perfect condition, thankyou Cascade furniture, you made it right!

I was surprised at the selections and the amount of furniture at Cascade. The store is bigger than it looks. However, I wandered throughout the entire store and the employees didn't seem to want to make a sale. There were no other customers but no one was concerned about what I was looking for. Finally, when I was almost finished walking through the store, someone offered to help me. They didn't have what I was looking for and that was about it.

Is the customer always right? Not at Cascade Furniture. Salesperson would not admit to a mistake which led to a lot of grief. Salesperson's behavior was unprofessional, to say the least. I will not do business with Cascade Furniture again.
