Great Glass Shop
I went in to get a piece of mirror cut for my wife’s china hutch. “She didn’t know that I broke it” and I needed to get it fixed before she got home from her business trip. Canyon Glass was great and cut me a piece of glass while I waited. It only took them about 5 minutes.

great service, great people
I had Canyon Glass come to my home for a new shower door and some plexi glass for my coffee table and nightstands. They gave me multiple options for my shower door. I ended up getting their custom 3/8" style. The door works wonerfully and the tech that came out was very nice and considerate. He put blankets over my new counters to ensure they don't get damaged. They recommended using glass instead of plexi glass because it is more cost effective and won't scratch as easy. They even gave me an option to go to a different company (Multicraft Plastics) that specializes in plastic to get a second opinion and price. I ended up using glass and I am very pleased with how quick and helpful they were.

Great Company to use!!
I had some issues with some old Storefront and Glass in a building. Seemed that I couldn’t find anyone that new or would take this type of project on (Old Storefront and Old Everything). So I called Canyon Glass and they came out to assess the problem. They said that it wasn’t a big deal to do this kind of job and they also said they could take care of it for me within a couple of days! Thanks Canyon Glass for doing what you said you where going to do and making me feel comfortable with the project! Honesty gets you a long way!

Took my money, lost my glass--don't buy from these guys
Ordered a sheet of tempered glass from them, paid for it and was told it would cost as much as the glass to deliver it. I asked them to hold onto the glass for me until I could find someone to pick it up for me (I don't have a truck) and they said fine. Called to tell them I could pick up the glass and they said they'd lost it, that I'd have to order another piece and pay for it...when I'd already paid for it once! They told me they had a "30 day cleanout policy" and that they had lost my paperwork or they would have called. Too bad, and they'd give me a (very small) discount on a new piece but I was out of luck. So now they have my money, they have my glass, and I'm out of luck. They're obviously not very interested in doing business, and I certainly won't do business with them ever again. I consider this outright theft.
