Broadway Furniture has one of the biggest furniture inventories in the Northwest. If you find a piece of furniture you wish to buy, you will be able to get it delivered right away without six to eight weeks of waiting.

I have never made a bad review for a company, but am in such shock by my experience that I must share. My sister and I each purchased mattresses the weekend after Thanksgiving. I was told by the saleswoman (who was really great) that my stuff would be in within 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. When 2 weeks came around I placed two follow up calls to check the status. I was advised they were just waiting on my mattress and my sisters frame and box spring, but that I would get a call back when the next day with an update. I did not receive a call back either time.

Fast forward two weeks, my sisters multiple attempts at contact were never followed up on. She was promised calls back which never came. The sales rep she spoke with attempted to blame it on the bad weather in Portland. Unfortunately our furniture should have arrived long before the nasty weather ever arrived in Portland. When she advised him of this he said "You're right, the customer is always right." As if saying he didn't think she was right, but only because she was the customer she was right. Rude!

Finally all my pieces had arrived and delivery was scheduled for today (my sisters furniture is still in the land of the unknown arrival date). I just received a call from my sister, they delivered a king headboard, king mattress with a queen foot board. How on earth could this happen? My frame was sitting there for 3-4 weeks, should this have been inspected? Now instead of a brand new beautiful bed, I have a headboard leaning against the wall and a mattress on the floor for the next 5-7 days. The delivery guys were helpful, totally not their fault!

I am all for supporting the local businesses, but this experience has just been one misstep after another. There has been extremely lack of follow through and communication on the part of Broadway Furniture. I feel that the son of the owners should have handed this over to his parents weeks ago, maybe then we would have received the care we deserved.

We didn't purchase furniture here, but were very impressed with the sales staff. They were very will informed and accommodated our needs well. Their selection of living and dining room furniture was impressive, and the quality was very good.

I was amazed at how freindly everyone was. The salespeople just let me wander if I wanted to and didn't hassle me like alot of the other places I tried. The selection was enourmous and the prices were good. Just walking through the door and looking at the first price tag I saw a major difference. When I asked they said it was better to try and make yourself stand apart from the rest. It is family owned and has been around for 40 plus years and I was happy to see alot of locally made products. The delivery guys were friendly and I wasn't sure they could get my dining room table and desk in but they were amazing at getting it in. I am impressed. Thank You Broadway!

Just bought my first couch from Broadway Furniture and it was actually fun. They showed me all the best deals and I didn't feel pressured to buy. Even better, I was happy to find out it's a local, family-owned store.
