I just wanted to take a minute to say that I was very impressed with The Brake Team. My 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer has had a very funny noise for years, and the last time we had our brakes fixed at Firestone it didn't go away, even though we asked them to fix it. Chris, the guy who worked on my car did a great job replacing my front brakes, and that sound disappeared without us asking about it. Also, John the store manager was very helpful and informative with my inspection and explaining the work I needed done, and was not pushy at all like Oil Can Henry's or Jiffy Lube is. Thanks guys, I'm extremely happy. Oh, and it only took a little over an hour to do.‎

The first time I went in, I had brakes changed. The only problem is that it took them 3.5 hours. They said it would be done in 1.5. I was very upset but they gave me 2 free oil changes so I guess that made up for it a little bit. The last time I came in, I had a brake check and they were prompt and honest.‎

My vehicle was serviced by Josh. I felt he and the others he worked with did a great job. I believe the manager was the one who brought me to my car and explained a few things to me about the work done on my brakes. ...
