Local coffee house‎
Beveland is our "local" coffee house. Good consistent menu, great and friendly staff. Cozy with a fireplace in the winter and outdoor patio, when it's warm. Yes it's a gift shop too, but quality items and cards. Our favorite coffee place in Tigard/south 217 corridor.‎

Highly recommended for events!
I hosted a bridal shower at the Beveland Street Coffee House in June of 2009. I absolutely LOVED working with Katie! She did an amazing job communicating with me, the food and presentation were out of this world. Over all, it's a lovely and ...

Beverland Street Coffee House by Cathy H. at InsiderPages
We come here when it is cold and we want something warm to heat us up. I always get a blueberry muffin and coffee. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff are extremely friendly. It's a cute little coffee house that has a neat assortment of gift items like vases, figurines and home decor at the front of the coffee house. Prices are very reasonable.

Cozy atmosphere, tasty treats‎
A nice place to meet for business or pleasure with a cozy fireplace in the corner, wifi, good coffee and a nice assortment of tasty treats, ranging from pastries and chocolates to yummy soups. There is a small giftshop up front with a variety of nice gifts. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. It is a place I enjoy.‎

It's a gift shop, not a coffee shop
When you first walk into Beveland St. Coffee you arrive at their gift shop. (If you enjoy tourist trap knick-nacks, soaps, stuffed animals and kitschy plaques that read "I don't skinny dip- I chunky dunk" then this is right up your alley.) After wading through the gift shop you arrive at the coffe portion of the store. I was disappointed there was no posted menu of any of their coffees. The "barista" who helped me did not offer any sort of greeting. It would have been nice to see what kind of house specialties they offered. Again, since there wasn't a menu, I just ordered a standard mocha (half decaf). My coffee was never announced it was ready for pick-up (ala Starbucks, Coffee People). I sat for a few minutes before I asked the girl behind the counter if it was ready. She merely pointed to a cup and said "here."
I would like to say my mocha was tasty, to offset the less-than-courteous service but I can't. I think the girl mistook my mocha for a latte because it was a tepid, milky mix of watered down coffee.
Overall, I would not recommend to you this coffee house. The customer service and the basic re-giftable gift shop "junk" not to mention the poor coffee left a bad taste in my mouth.

Bottom Line: Spend your money elsewhere.
