I tried this place for the first time last week and I thought the pizza was maybe the best New York style I have ever had. Thin crust was excellent. The sauce was to die for. Some New york style places don't use enough sauce for my taste, but their's was the perfect amount. I had 2 slices, and I can't wait to go back. I liked it better than Escape from New York or Tributes for NY style.

What an adorable place in the Alberta neighborhood. Great Pizza, Huge Slices, the Caesar salad is great. . .you could almost drink the dressing. My friend and I went there with her children and they loved it as much as we did! Friendly to old and young a like! Don't forget the cookies for dessert, they melt in your mouth. . .oatmeal raisin was my particular favorite! I will be back!

I love the pie at Bella foccia, it has thin crust that is cooked perfectly on the bottom, thin and crisp yet still chewy, foldable and delicious. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio and a great creative selection of toppings form meaty meats to the delecious vegan with the roasted redpepper sauce,,YUMMM!
The atmosphere is lively and funky in true Portland fashion. The owner woman is great-friendly and very sexy! Great date spot, people watching.

Bella Faccia has become a centerpiece in the always-evolving neighborhood now called Alberta Arts District. Sitting at the heart of the Last Thursday artwalk scene, Bella Faccia consistently turns out the best pizza in town, with a lively and fun crew and a funky atmosphere. The back patio looks like small town Mexico and the (newly doubled) interior is decorated with exquisite paper lamps from the gallery across the street and entertaining Polaroids of the staff and customers, as well as revolving arts exhibits. With Terminal Gravity, Mirror Pond and PBR on tap, Bella Faccia has covered all the bases!

Great Hot Dogs, Burgers, Pizza and hot spicy foods are just not to be found west of the mighty Miss.

Until now. Finally there is a place that brings back NY style pizza that can be summed up with one word - "ZA".

In Chicago, you call it "Pie" but if eating the pizza slice requires you to crease the middle and bring the ends together or place one slice on top of another - then you have "ZA" - NY style pizza.
