Should have joined 24 hour
When I signed up I was under the impression that I could cancel at any time for $50 from management. I later discovered that I could only do that if I moved to a location where there was no Ballys within 50 miles of my home residency. Otherwise, you have to physically hurt yourself to the point of not being able to use the gym, have a doctors note and pay $50, which is absolutely absurd. Every time I go to work out, the front desk members are too busy talking on the phone to welcome me. Awful customer service skills. And they are constantly trying to get you to sign up for personal training sessions.. which run about $900 for maybe 8 one hour sessions. I tried 24 Hour Fitness last week, in comparison, Bally's machines are outdated and theres no bball court or swimming pool. I think it's an bland gym with young disinterested workers. Don't get stuck into Bally's contract like I did.
