Matt damaged my furniture by allowing his equipment to spray freely while he answered a phone call. Getting him to repair my furniture has been a big challenge and has left a bad taste in my mouth
Pros: previous to this I was happy with their work and had done business with them for a couple of years
Cons: Lazy business practices
