They've ruined two cars of mine. Both were brought in for overheating problems at around the same time. They did not fix the problem, although everything appeared fine for the first day or so. I swear they just guessed on what the problem was. I was traveling down I-5 when my car began to overheat again, and I was forced to pull over. As a result, that car now has a blown head gasket. They refunding a small portion of my money, but I still have to pay for their mistake.

Easy to deal with no issues with over charging or throwing un-needed parts at a problem.
