Before you use these movers, make sure you're prepared to have them NOT SHOW UP. It was odd, because they even called the day beforehand to verify, get my address, etc. And then...NOTHING. No word at all, and they didn't answer their phone all day when I was trying to find out where they were. We got no call whatsover to explain what happened. It left us in a real bind. Moving is stressful enough. Get movers that are actually professional and will show up!!!
